The staff were very courteous, helped with any issues. The location was marvellous, to Harrahs casino. Tried some nice meals at Waffle House Wittier Nc, located not too far from the hotel.

Some people working there were abrupt.

I stayed here 1 night and loved it. Some of the staff members were nice. The location of this great hotel was magnificent, in a good area. And it was at walking distance from Rancho Viejo, ate there couple of times.

The location is favourable, 2 miles from Oconaluftee Island Park. And it's based in a great area so close to casino, restaurants, and eating places and grocery store.

The hotel had a great location near the Smoky Mountain National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway, perfect for exploring the beautiful area. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a positive aspect, as our room was clean and tidy.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The towels provided were not sufficient, as there were only three towels and no bath mat in the room.

We had a fairly nice stay on Valentines weekend.

We booked queen room that was complete with a hot tub, a whirlpool, a sofa as advertised. The staff was really helpful, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Booked a room with 2 beds. The location was marvellous and convenient, near all interests. Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to Cherokee Bear Zoo.
